The first round of the NorCal league kicked off Thursday November 5th with team San Francisco and Mtn Wiew running of with strong wins. San Francisco executed the first game of the evening. Klas Berghed and Per Hyttfors combined with an incredible 25 points in a clear win by 18 - 5 against Cupertino FC. Notable in Cupertino FC was Derek Gerlach who was involved in all of Cupertinos goals with 3 assists and 2 goals.

Second game of the evening continued in the same fashion and Mtn View Floorball dominated the game against Campbell FC and won by a clear 17 - 5 score. (See all news)

NorCal Floorball league 2009 runs from Nov 5th 2009 until Jan 21 st 2010. The league consist of 5 teams from the south bay and 1 team from San Francisco. Drop-In's are encouraged but play is not guaranteed. If you are interested in playing contact any of the team managers on the 'Teams' link.

Everyone is welcome to come by and practice a few skills and have some fun scrimmaging. Come play! We will have some equipment on hand for new players to try out.

League Format

Games are played 2 x 15min and one referee per game. Each team have to provide a level one certified referee to referee on game per occasion.
IFF rules applies and players are required to know them. All team will play each team in the league on home game and one away game. The first game is played November 5th(Link to Schedule)

Feel free to contact Calle Karlsson or Henrik Eriksson if you would like to sign-up a team for the first edition of the NorCal winter league 2010. The first night of games for the winter league is February 4th. Currently we cannot allow more than six teams per league. Which means first come by basis (Link Contacts)
